Harvest in Action: Prohibition Edition


It’s harvest time in California. Yes, that means slightly cooler weather and kids are back in school, but it doesn’t mean the workload is any lighter.

In fact, it gets a hell of a lot worse, as I recently chronicled on VinePair.

The grapes at Casa Uncorked aren’t quite ready yet, but our conniving, mad scientist selves have started some Prohibition-style (aka in our bath tub) winemaking with leftovers from a nearby vineyard.

Really, all you need is a bucket.
